The Construction and Practice of Long-term Education Mechanism in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The construction of a long-term education mechanism is the requirement of the following: the implementation of the spirit of the 2016 National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities, and the implementation of the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation"issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, the powerful guarantee of the goal of making the Spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress and Xi Jinping's New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics "entering teaching materials, entering the classroom, and entering the mind". It is the foundation for cultivating talents for the Party and the country. All departments of the university should coordinate and establish the concept of"big thinking", carry out the top-level design, and build a long-term mechanism for educating people.关键词
