社区矫正检察监督机制的系统改进
Systematic Improvement of Community Correction Prosecutorial Supervision Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
The community correction prosecutorial supervision mechanism is embodied in the working mechanism of discovering illegality and correcting them. At present, there are some problems in the working mechanisms of these two aspects, and they have fallen into a certain dilemma in the solution. To this end, it is necessary to systematically improve it. In the case of discovering illegality, a procuratorial mechanism combining "embedded "supervision with "patrolling "supervision should be established. In correcting illegal activities, an error correction mechanism should be adopted that is compatible with the "flexible"suggestions and the "rigid"implementation.关键词
