当前医患纠纷治理机制的现状、问题及对策
Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Current Doctor-patient Dispute Governance Mechanism

Abstract
With the continuous deepening of China's medical system reform, the public's requirements for medical service level and technical level have gradually increased, while the public's awareness of rights protection has been enhanced, which is in conflict with the lag of the current doctor-patient dispute governance mechanism, resulting in frequent disputes between doctors and patients. Through the analysis of the status quo of the doctor-patient dispute governance mechanism, the current mediation methods mainly include self-consultation, third-party medical institutions, and legal proceedings. The governance mechanism for doctor-patient disputes is constantly improving, but there are many problems such as imbalances between layers of doctor-patient disputes, structural disputes, neglect of coordinated governance, strengthening risk sharing, neglecting long-term security, and lack of necessary financial support and so on. To this end, we should break the imbalance between doctor-patient disputes, promote a virtuous circle of mechanisms; set up "Internet + mediation", open up new ways of multi-governance; build a governance mechanism between multiple subjects, and jointly promote the resolution of doctor-patient disputes; establish counseling service platform of doctor-patient disputes, build joint coordination governance path of doctor-patient disputes.关键词
