Abstract
Objective To investigate medium-term clinical effect of postoperative application of β-sodium aescinate combined with alprostadil in patients with calcaneal fractures in type Sander Ⅲ and Ⅳ.Methods 119 cases of calcaneal fractures in type Sander Ⅲ and Ⅳ in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=59) according to random number table.All patients were treated with conventional internal fixation of locking plate.After that, the control group was treated with alprostadil, and the observation group was treated with β-sodium aescinate combined with alprostadil.The clinical effects, incision healing time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group 95％ was higher than that in the control group 83.05％ (P＜0.05).The incisional healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Following up for 6 months, the infection rate in the observation group was 5％ (3/60), the skin necrosis was 1.67％ (1/60), and the wound healing rate was 1.67％ (1/60), which were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The postoperative application of β-sodium aescinate combined with alprostadil in patients with calcaneal fractures in type Sander Ⅲ and Ⅳ can achieve significant effect.It can effectively promote the healing of the incision and prevent the complications.关键词
