摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension patients and the influence on the levels of blood pressure, carotid artery IMT and serum ET-1, NO, IL-6.Methods 92 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from Sep.2016 to Sep.2017 were divided into the common group (n=46, captopril treatment) and the combination group (n=46, atorvastatin combined with captopril treatment) according to the odd or even number method.The clinical effect after 6 months, the blood pressure before and after treatment, the carotid artery IMT, serum ET-1, NO, IL-6 of the two groups were observed.Results At 6 months after treatment, the total effective rates of the common group and the combination group were 71.7％, 89.3％ respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistic significant (P＜0.05);at 6 months after treatment, the levels of carotid artery IMT and serum ET-1, NO, IL-6 were all significantly declined (P＜0.05), serum NO level was significantly increased (P＜0.05), the decrease or increase degree of the combination group was significantly larger than that of the control group (P＜0.05);no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with captopril in the treatment of hypertension patients can significantly improve the fluctuation of blood pressure, vascular endothelial state and microinflammatory status, reduce the carotid atherosclerosis progress, the clinical effect is significant and it is worthy of application.关键词
