Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 124 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated in our department from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.The observation group was treated with Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the control group was treated with amlodipine tablets.At 3 months after treatment, the therapeutic effect (blood pressure, blood lipids, myocardial ischemia improvement rate) of the two groups were compared.The differences of IMT and serum Hcy level before treatment and at 3 months after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results After3 months of treatment, the blood pressure and blood lipid levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05), and the myocardial ischemia improvement rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment, carotid IMT and serum Hcy levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet is effective in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease, it can significantly reduce blood pressure, blood lipids, and serum Hcy levels, it can reduce vascular inflammation, prevent the formation of arterial plaque, delay the carotid artery progression of atherosclerosis and improve the myocardial ischemia of patients.关键词
