Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip replacement and artificial thigh bone replacement in the treatment of aged patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods Sixty cases of aged patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital from Jan.2016 to Feb.2018 were selected and divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30).The control group was given total hip replacement and the observation group was given artificial thigh bone replacement, compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results At 6, 12 months after operation, the Harris score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05);complication occurrence rate of the observation group (36.4％) was significantly higher than that of the control group (36.4％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The total hip replacement and artificial thigh bone replacement in the treatment of aged patients with femoral neck fracture have their own advantages, and the total hip replacement has ideal long-term effect, with lower postoperative complication occurrence rate, preoperative assessment should be strengthened to chose the proper operation plan.关键词
