Abstract
Objective To analyzed of blood uric acid levels on blood pressure and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods The 117 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into3 groups based on NYHA classification.NYHA II was group A, NYHA Ⅲ was group B, and NYHA Ⅳ was group C.The UA, LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction), and LVEDD (left ventricular end diastolic diameter) were measured in each group.The correlations between UA levels in each group and LVEF and LVEDD were compared.According to the blood pressure level, they were divided into hypertension group and normal group, and their UA levels were compared.Results The difference of UA levels in the three groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The higher the level of uric acid in the patient, the higher the LVEDD level and the lower the LVEF level.The level of UA in the non-hypertension group was (319.93±109.78) μmol/L, which was significantly lower than that in the hypertension group (451.33±119.86) μmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Increased blood uric acid levels accelerate the deterioration of heart function in chronic heart failure, and hyperuricemia is a risk factor for hypertension.关键词
