Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hemithyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule.Methods 150 cases with thyroid nodule in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided, the control group was given subtotal thyroidectomy, and the observation group was given hemithyroidectomy, observe the operation indexes, thyroid hormone levels and complication occurrence conditions of the two groups.Results Operation time, postoperative drainage volume, operative blood loss of the observation group [ (121.53 ±5.09) min, (47.97 ±1.67) mL, (74.59 ±5.63) mL] were significantly declined compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05);after treatment, TSH, TPO, TT4 of the observation group [ (2.99±0.51) m IU/L, (64.32±21.53) IU/L, (92.01±14.57) nmol/L] were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P＜0.05);complication occurrence rate of the observation group (10.67％) was significantly lower than that of the control group (29.33％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hemithyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodule can significantly improve the operation indexes, thyroid hormone levels, reduce complication occurrence rate and promote the recovery of patients, it is worthy of wide application.关键词
