Abstract
Objective To investigate the key risk factor of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema.Methods 50 cases with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group, another 50 cases with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were selected as the control group, general data, HRCT examination results, lung functions and resting PaO2 of the two groups were compared.Results The single factor analysis showed that, there was statistic significance in the occurrence of CRD and reflux esophagitis, smoking amount between the two groups (P＜0.05), multiple-factor analysis showed that, independent risk factors of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema were reflux esophagitis and smoking amount (P＜0.05);there was no statistic significance in the HRCT examination results, the proportion of vital capacity in the predicated value, resting PaO2 between the two groups (P＞0.05), the proportion of FEV1/FVC, DLCO in the predicated value in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the proportion of TLC in the predicated value was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The key risk factors of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema are long term smoking, reflux esophagitis, declining lung function and so on.关键词
