联合检测慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清脑钠肽及肌钙蛋白水平的价值研究
Value of Combined Detection of Serum Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Troponin in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) combined with troponin (cTnI) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and acute exacerbation (AECOPD).Methods In this study, 160 cases of COPD patients were collected from September 2016 to May 2018 in our hospital, including 60 patients in the stable period of COPD and 100 cases of AECOPD patients.Two groups of patients were detected BNP and cTnI respectively, and their correlation was analyzed.Results The BNP and cTnI levels of patients with AECOPD were higher than those in the stable period, and the difference of data was statistically significant (P＜0.05).In the patients with AECOPD, the level of detection of two indexes was significantly higher than that of moderate and mild patients, and the level of two indexes in moderate patients was significantly higher than those of light patients.The significance of the study was (P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the statistical difference between the diagnosis effect of BNP and cTnI on the diagnosis of AECOPD and the combined detection of two indexes (P＞0.05).Conclusion The level of BNP and cTnI can effectively reflect the severity of AECOPD patients, and the combined detection of the two is effective in the diagnosis of AECOPD.关键词
