Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of serum RF combined with anti-CCP in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 50 RA patients in our hospital from Mar.2015 to Mar.2017 and 50 cases with non RA and 50 cases of healthy people at the same period were selected.RA patients were given oral NSAID and immunosuppressor.The RF, anti-CCP levels before and after treatment in the three groups were detected.Results Compared with the health group, RF, anti-CCP levels in the RA group and non RA group were higher, the difference was statistic significant (P＜0.01);compared with the non RA group, RF, anti-CCP levels in the RA group were higher, the difference was statistic significant (P＜0.01);in single examination, sensitivity and specificity of RF, anti-CCP were 74.07％, 78.26％ and 77.78％, 91.30％;in RF combined with anti-CCP examination, sensitivity and specificity were 85.19％, 86.96％;the RF, anti-CCP levels in the RA patients were significantly declined compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistic significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion RF combined with anti-CCP have higher sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of RA patients.关键词
