Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of PCT, CRP in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases.Methods 60 cases with neonatal infectious diseases in our hospital from Dec.2015 to Dec.2016 were selected and divided into the severe group (severe infection) and the local group (local infection), 30 cases of healthy newborns at the same period were seen as the control group, PCT, CRP levels of the three groups were compared, PCT, CRP levels of the severe group and the local group before and after treatment were compared.Results There was statistic significance in PCT, CRP levels among the three groups, severe group＞ local group＞ control group;before treatment, there was statistic significance in PCT, CRP levels between the two groups, after treatment, there was statistic significance in CRP level between the two groups, there was no statistic significance in the PCT between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion PCT, CRP have higher diagnostic value in neonatal infectious diseases, it is worthy of clinical generalization and application.关键词
