Abstract
Objective To observe the application value of multi-slice spiral CT 3-D reconstruction in ankle fracture.Methods 75 patients with ankle fracture received from our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan, digital X-ray examination and three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT scan.The results of 75 patients were observed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of MPR and VR was 100.0 and 97.33 respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rate of MPR and VR was higher than that of Dr (P＜0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic rate of VR and MPR in the diagnosis of ankle fracture is obviously higher than that of Dr Dr, and VR is the first way to examine ankle trauma in emergency, while VR is higher than Dr and MPRs in presenting fracture status and anatomical condition, and VRMPR can be used in the diagnosis of ankle fracture.Surgical approach and surgical planning have significant effects.关键词
