Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pain care management in the nursing of emergency orthopedic trauma patients.Methods 132 cases of emergency orthopedic trauma patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided, the control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given care pain management.Observe and compare the satisfaction, pain score, and quality of life of the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 98.49％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33％) (P＜0.05).The pain-free rate in the experimental group was 77.27％, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (48.48％) (P＜0.05).The mental health (81.24±5.32) score, physical health (87.12±11.68) score, environmental factors (89.75±15.67) score, and social relationships (88.01±17.46) score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of pain care management in the nursing of emergency orthopedic trauma patients can significantly improve patient satisfaction, relieve pain, improve the quality of life, and promote patient rehabilitation, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
