Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of hemocyte morphology examination in blood routine examination.Methods 400 cases of blood samples detected abnormal by Automated hematology analyzer in our hospital from May 2017 to Oct.2017 were selected as the observation group, normal blood samples detected at the same time were selected as the control group, compare the difference of this two examinations.Results The false negative rate of hemocyte morphology examination in the control group was 4.25％, the positive rate of Automated hematology analyzer combined with hemocyte morphology examination was 37.75％, in the observation group, the false negative rate of hemocyte morphology examination was 37.75％;in the abnormal samples in the control group, there was statistic significance in the anomaly index between white blood cell and the others (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hemocyte morphology examination in blood routine examination has high accuracy, it can avoid missed diagnosis, play an important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment, and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
