Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Tetrandrine Tablets on the improvement of silicosis pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 86 cases with silicosis in our hospital from September 2014-October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group was treated with tetrandrine tablets alone.The observation group was treated with Bu Yang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of this treatment.Compare the serum pulmonary fibrosis indexes and lung function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment, the levels of LN, HA, IV-C, and PCⅢ of the two groups were declined, and the levels of FEV1/FVC, FEV1, and FVC were increased, P＜0.05.Conclusion The combination of tetrandrine and Buyang Huanwu Decoction for the treatment of silicosis is beneficial to the improvement of pulmonary fibrosis and it is worthy of promotion.关键词
