Abstract
Objective To summarize the specific methods and nursing measures of Chinese medicine external washing for the treatment of neonatal rash, so as to provide a reliable basis for clinical nursing work.Methods A retrospective analysis was made of100 cases of rash in full term newborns hospitalized in our hospital in the past year.According to the differences in the treatment scheme, the selected patients were divided into groups, with an average of 50 cases in each group.The control group received the treatment of external Calamine Lotion.The study group received the treatment of external washing with traditional Chinese medicine and the nursing method:record two The patient′s bed number, name and rash distribution were properly dressed, the temperature in the ward was kept at about 26 degrees Celsius, the humidity was between 50％ and 60％.The basic situation of the newborn was observed strictly.The treatment effect of the study group and the control group was compared and the patient′s Rizos was summed up and the data were counted.Learn to calculate.Results After two groups of patients received different treatments, the time of neonate rash regression in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.There were statistical differences in the two groups, and there were no other complications in the study group and the control group.Conclusion The method of treating newborn skin rash by traditional Chinese medicine is simple, it can not produce adverse reaction and reduce the risk of the application of antibiotics.关键词
