Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on improving clinical symptoms of hypertensive nephropathy.Methods 80 cases with hypertensive nephropathy in our hospital from Feb.2016 to Feb.2018 were selected as study objects, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group was given whole-course nursing intervention on this basis.Compare the renal function indexes (MALB, Cr, BUN, TC, TG) and blood pressure (DBP, SBP) of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, MALB, Cr, BUN, DBP, SBP content in the observation group were significantly declined (P<0.05), TC, TG had no obvious change, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.0%, 77.5%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Whole-course nursing intervention helps reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertensive nephropathy, improves kidney function and nursing satisfaction, enhances clinical therapeutic effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
