Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of emotionthought nursing and drug intervention in the treatment of acute stroke and the influence on depressive symptom, mental toughness.Methods 160 cases with acute stroke were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 80 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin and Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was plus emotionthought nursing on the basis of the control group, patients were intervened for 4 weeks.Before and after the intervention, NHISS, ADL, SAS, SDS were used to evaluate the neurologic impairment degree, self-care ability, negative emotion, mental toughness of the two groups.Results After intervention, NHISS, SAS, SDS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05), CD-RISC, ADL scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Emotionthought nursing and drug intervention in the treatment of acute stroke can improve the neurologic impairment and depressive state, it can also significantly improve the mental toughness level, self-care ability and life quality of patients.关键词
