摘要

Abstract

In this study,11 species of Armillaria were taken as the research objects. The extracellular polysaccharides of 11 species were extracted from culture broth by liquid fermentation technology,and the yields of polysaccharides were determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method. The antitumor and antioxidant activities of extracellular polysaccharides were evaluated with HepG2 co-culture method and ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) method, respectively. The results indicated that there were significant differences among the yields of extracellular polysaccharides with different species, from 0. 34 g·L - 1 to 9. 31 g·L - 1. In anti-tumor assays, the antiproliferative activities of extracellular polysaccharides from 11 species were remarkably different,and the polysaccharide of Armillaria luteopileata showed the most remarkable activities among all the species,with 253. 6 mg·L - 1 of IC50 value. The polysaccharide of Armillaria qinii showed the highest total antioxidant capacity in antioxidant assay,up to 976. 4 μmol·g - 1. Concerning the yields of extracellular polysaccharides, it was found that Armillar ia borealis was advantageous species with antitumor activity,and the Armillaria sinapina was the advantageous species in antioxidant effect.
