基于超效率DEA和Malmquist指数的中国农业生产效率分析
Analysis of Chinese agricultural production efficiency based on super-efficiency DEA and Malmquist index

Abstract
Using the super-efficiency DEA model and the Malmquist index,this paper analyzes the agricultural production efficiency of 29 provincial regions in China from 1990 to 2016. The results are as follows: (1) The super-efficiency DEA analyzing result shows that the agricultural efficiency in eastern regionis the highest,and the efficiency in the western and central regions are lower than the efficiency mean of the whole country. Compared with the central and western regions,the eastern region has stronger economic strength and relatively more mature agricultural development models and plans,so the agricultural production efficiency in the eastern region is higherand less affected by the national agricultural policy. (2) The Malmquist index analyzing result shows that the agricultural total factor productivity (TFP) and technological progress in the eastern,central and western regions have achieved positive growth, but only the technical efficiency in the eastern region appears positive growth; Technological progress is the main driving force for TFP growth. The decline of technical efficiency is the main obstacle to TFP growth. The decline of scale efficiency is the main reason for the decline of technical efficiency.关键词
