关于黑龙江省精准扶贫的几点思考
Thoughts on Precision Poverty Alleviation in Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, Heilongjiang province has carried out poverty alleviation through effective modes such as industrial poverty alleviation, financial poverty alleviation, e-commerce poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation by stationing in villages.Accurate poverty alleviation in rural areas of Heilongjiang province has achieved remarkable results, the number of poor people has dropped dramatically, and the conditions of medical treatment, housing, drinking water, transportation and education in poverty-stricken areas have been significantly improved.In order to win the battle against poverty and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation in our province by 2020, this paper analyzed and summarized the main reasons for poverty alleviation of the poor at the present stage, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as improving the medical security level of the poor, promoting industrial poverty alleviation and business poverty alleviation, improving the system of poverty alleviation by assets income, and encouraging farmers to start their own businesses to alleviate poverty.关键词
