Abstract
Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the best process of alcohol extraction of Radix Prunella. The content of diosgenin was determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 65％ ethanol concentration, 8 times and 6 times of alcohol content respectively, extraction time was 2 times, extraction time was 1.5 hours and 1 hour.The experimental results showed that the extraction process was stable and feasible, and the extraction rate of saponins was high, which was suitable for production practice.关键词
