Abstract

To monitor and analyze foodborne disease outbreaks in Heilongjiang province in 2017, to grasp high-risk food and the risk factors of the foodborne disease outbreak. In order to provide scientific basis for the targeted preventive and control measures. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze data which collected from Outbreak Report of"monitoring system of foodborne disease outbreaks"in Heilongjiang province in 2017. A total of 76 outbreaks of foodborne diseases were reported, these outbreaks caused 485 persons became ill, 2 deaths. Among which 41 (53.9%) were unexplained. Outbreaks occurred mainly in June, July and August, which occured mainly in August. The family (34. 2%) were main high incidence places, second was the hotel restaurant (including cruise ships, hotpot restaurant, grill restaurant, 28. 9%). Poisonous plants and animals and toxins class were the main pathogenic factors cause the outbreak. Plant foods were the main reason caused outbreak. It was suggest to strengthen the food safety supervision of foodborne high season, high-risk factors and incidence, strengthen the coordination between various related departments, improving the ability of epidemiological investigation and laboratory emergent tests for foodborne disease outbreak, to strengthen the food safety education of food cooking and storing is the effective measures for prevention and control of foodborne disease outbreak.
