黄河故道地区阳光玫瑰葡萄合理产量负载研究
Study on the Proper Yield Load of Shine Muscat Grape in the Old Flooded Area of Yellow River

Abstract
In order to establish the proper yield load level of Shine Muscat grape for the old flooded area of Yellow River, 6-year-old Shine Muscat grapevines were used as experimental materials to undertake 6different yield load levels.The yields of five treatments were 11.25, 15.00, 18.75, 22.50, 26.25 t/ha, respectively, yield of 30.00 t/ha was the control.Shoot growth, berry growth, fruit quality, and flower bud differentiation of different treatments were compared.Results showed that the shoot growth tendency of all treatments were consistent.Shoot length and shoot diameter increased first and then kept stable.Both trended to increase with the decrease of yield load level.The treatment of medium yield had moderate shoot growth.In maturity, shoot length and shoot diameter were about 150 cm and 13.26 mm, respectively.Berry size increased first and then decreased with the yield load level increasing.The berry size of medium yield was the biggest at all in maturity.Berry diameter and weight of a berry were 24.73 mm and12.40 g, respectively.The weight of a cluster had a similar variation trend with berry size.The treatment of medium yield had the biggest weight of a cluster, which was 899.95 g.Berry hardness, total soluble solid(TSS) content, ratio of TSS and titratable acid(TA), ascorbic acid content of fruit juice increased first and then decreased with the yield load level increasing.Berry hardness of medium yield treatment was moderate, which was 0.79 kg/cm2.And medium yield treatment had the hightest TSS, ratio of TSS and TA and ascorbic acid content, which were 22.8%, 94.0, and 4.6 mg/kg, respectively.Both TA and pH value decreased first and then increased with the yield load level increasing.Medium yield treatment had the lowest TA and moderate pH value, which were 0.24%and 4.772, respectively.The flower induction ratio and double flower induction ratio increased first and then decreased with the yield load level increasing.Medium yield treatment had moderate flower induction ratio and the highest double flower induction ratio, which were 98.1%and 82.4%, respectively.To sum up, the performance of medium yield treatment was the best at all.Therefore, the optimal yield level of Shine Muscat grape for the old flooded area of Yellow River is from 18.75 t/ha to 22.50 t/ha.关键词
