Abstract
Objective To optimize the perioperative nursing cooperation in the therapy with deep brain stimulation for patients with Parkinson's disease, so as to increase the safety of perioperative management and reduce the infection rate.Methods The data of 25 patients with Parkinson's disease in the therapy with deep brain stimulation between July 2016 and January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, and how to improve and optimize the perioperative nursing cooperation was expatiated.Results All the 25 cases were implanted with electrodes in the bilateral regions.The patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, and only one patient had the ear infection after operation.There was no electrodes moving, punctures bleeding, intracranial infection and permanent neurological deficits in the other 24 patients.Conclusions Standard, careful, and skilled nursing cooperation can be helpful for improving perioperative safety, reducing infection rate, and further ensuring the successful operation.关键词
