摘要
Abstract
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a typical chronic disease in the elderly.Freezing of gait (FOG) is a special gait disorder that occurs in the middle and late stages of PD.It is characterized by sudden onset and short-lived episodes that do not produce an effective forward step.FOG is an important cause of disability in PD patients, affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients, and increasing the financial burden of patients' families.In order to promote clinical understanding of FOG and provide reasonable guidance for clinical treatment, the clinical features and classification, assessment tools and methods, the mechanism, treatment and management of FOG in PD were reviewed.关键词
