Abstract
Spring warmth is a kind of disease with obvious seasonal characteristics and mainly characterized by warm and heat, which is caused by cold attack in winter leading heat hiding inside the body and appearing in Shaoyang in spring.Shaoyang disease is a kind of disease characterized by pathogenic heat in Shaoyang due to qi stagnation.Both pathogens belong to stagnated fire and latent heat, and the location of the disease is in Shaoyang.The main prescriptions for treatment are Scutellaria Decoction and Minor Bupleurum Decoction respectively, which share many similarities in meaning.However, compared with clinical syndrome differentiation, the difference between the two diseases is also obvious.The cause of spring warmth is simple and has obvious seasonality.It becomes a unique form of disease and belongs to latent heat without external contraction, so the treatment focuses on clearing interior heat directly.There are relatively many sources of Shaoyang diseases, for example, pathogen invading Shaoyang due to exterior syndrome transmission and change, purgative errors and mistreatment, etc.recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases.Although there are many sources of Shaoyang diseases, the nature of the disease is unified as latent pathogen in Shaoyang, and the treatment is called harmonizing method.According to the severity of pathogenic heat and whether there is also exterior syndrome, changed prescriptions, combined prescriptions, modified prescriptions, and relieving urgency can be used properly.关键词
