Gong Li-juan′s Experience of Treating Chronic Renal Failure Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract
Professor Gong Li-juan attaches great importance to the identification of the primary disease in the treatment of chronic renal failure based on syndrome differentiation.She combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation and grasps its pathogenesis characteristics.At the same time, she combines modern laboratory examination and renal puncture pathology to give priority to macro-syndrome differentiation of TCM and micro-disease differentiation of modern medicine, so as to understand the disease more comprehensively.In the diagnosis and treatment of patients, both standardization and individualization are achieved, which embodies the characteristics of TCM that differs from person to person and treats the same disease differently.Professor Gong Li-juan believes that the fundamental cause of chronic renal failure is deficiency of healthy qi, deficiency of both spleen and kidney is the core, excessive secondary aspect is the cause of disease progression, turbid toxin is the main pathogenic factor.Treatment should be divided into stages, taking into account the primary disease, strengthening the body′s healthy qi in the early stage, treating both primary and secondary aspects in the middle stage, eliminating pathogens in the late stage.Comprehensive integrated treatment, multi-channel and multi-method administration should be adopted in order to improve the curative effect.关键词
