补肾活血法干预肾性骨病用药规律
The Rule of Medication of Kidney-Tonifying and Blood-Activating Therapy in the Treatment of Renal Osteopathy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Data mining was applied to the prescriptions of TCM for renal osteodystrophy (ROD), and the medication rule of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating therapy for renal osteopathy was analyzed.Methods:The law of medication was analyzed by using various unsupervised data mining methods in the software "Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform" (V2.5).Results:The kidney-tonifying and blood-activating therapy used in the intervention of renal osteopathy were concentrated.The commonly used drugs included Huangqi (Radix Astragali), Dahuangtan (Rhubarb charcoal), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), Danshen (Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Fuling (Poria), Yinchen (Herba Artemisiae Scopariae), Puhuangtan (Pollen Typhae), etc.According to the frequency of drug combinations, the top five from high to low were as follows:Huangqi and Dahuangtan, Chuanxiong and Huangqi, Chuanxiong and Dahuangtan, Chuanxiong and Huangqi and Dahuangtan, Huangqi and Dahuang.Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying and blood-activating therapy can invigorate kidney qi, promote qi and blood, dispel dampness and toxin, and accord with the pathogenesis of renal osteopathy.关键词
