扶正消瘤颗粒联合综合微创治疗原发性肝癌75例

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Granule for Strengthening the Body Resistance and Removing Tumor in combination with minimally invasive treatment on primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 150 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive minimally invasive and symptomatic basic treatment, while the observation group was combined with Granule for Strengthening the Body Resistance and Removing Tumor on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 61.33％ in the control group and 41.33％ in the observation group.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.05).The improvement of KPS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, there was significant difference in liver function classification between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Granule for Strengthening the Body Resistance and Removing Tumor can enhance the clinical efficacy of patients with primary liver cancer after comprehensive minimally invasive surgery, improve the liver function and quality of life of patients.关键词
