扶正化瘀胶囊配合常规西药治疗肝纤维化48例
Forty-Eight Cases of Liver Fibrosis Treated with Capsules for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in Combination with Conventional Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsules for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in combination with regular Western medicine on liver fibrosis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Capsules for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Removing Blood Stasis on the basis of the control group.Then HBV-DNA negativity, the changes of TCM syndrome scores, liver function indexes including alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL), albumin (ALB), liver fibrosis indexes including hyaluronidase (HA), type Ⅲ procollagen (PC-Ⅲ), type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C), laminin (LN) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The negative rate of HBV-DNA in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups after the treatment were lower than those in the same group before the treatment, while the observation group was lower than he control group after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of ALT, AST and TBil in the two groups were lower than those in the same group before the treatment, and the levels of ALB were higher than those in the same group before treatment.The levels of ALT, AST and TBil in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after the treatment, and the levels of ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment, HA, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C, LN and liver hardness values of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before the treatment.After the treatment, HA, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C, LN and liver hardness values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Capsules for Reinforcing Healthy Qi and Removing Blood Stasis in combination with regular Western medicine has a remarkable efficacy on liver fibrosis, can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients and liver function, and promote the reversion of liver fibrosis.关键词
