温针灸配合推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎
Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Warming Needle Moxibustion in Combination with Massage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of warming needle moxibustion in combination with massage on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and the influence on patients′ Barthel index.Methods:A total of 136 KOA patients treated in our hospital from September 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage, while the observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with massage.Results:After four courses of treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 82.05％, and that of the observation group was 94.87％.The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between them had significance (P<0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS) of knee joint pain in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment, Lysholm knee score and Barthel index were significantly higher than those of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion in combination with massage has a remarkable efficacy on KOA, can obviously relieve the pain of knee joint and improve the motion function of knee joint.关键词
