针刺治疗功能性消化不良研究述评
Review of the Study of Acupuncture for Functional Dyspepsia
摘要
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a common gastrointestinal disease in clinical practice.The abnormality of brain-gut axis is the essential cause of FD.Brain-gut peptide, as the molecular basis of brain-gut axis, plays a major role in regulating brain and gastrointestinal function.In terms of treating FD, acupuncture can not only improve gastrointestinal motility disorder, reduce visceral sensitivity, and benignly regulate gastrointestinal dysfunction, but also promote the increase of gastrointestinal motility-type brain-gut peptide, play a positive regulatory role on brain-gut peptide, and play an important role in regulating FD symptoms.关键词
