不同产地没药指纹图谱的研究
Study on HPLC Fingerprints of Moyao (Myrrha) from Different Producing Areas

Abstract
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint for chromatogram Moyao (Myrrha). Methods: The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 0.8 m L·min-1, and detection wavelength was 300 nm; column temperature was 35 ℃, and injection volume was 10 μL. Moyao (Myrrha) from different regions were detected by fingerprint, and Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine (2012 edition) was used for the common peaks iolentification and similarity evaluation. Results: The HPLC fingerprint analysis method of Moyao (Myrrha) was established. The fingerprint consisted of 9 common peaks. The similarities of the fingerprints of seven samples of 14 batches of Moyao (Myrrha) from different regions were above 0.90. Conclusion: The test method is simple and rapid, with good reproducibility. It provides the basis for Moyao (Myrrha) Origin identification and quality control.关键词
