脂脱搽剂配合梅花针及补肾养血胶囊治疗雄激素性脱发的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Androgenic Alopecia by Zhituo Liniment (脂脱搽剂), Plum-Blossom Needle and Bushen Yangxue Capsule (补肾养血胶囊)

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhituo liniment, plum-blossom needle and Bushen Yangxue capsule on androgenic alopecia. Methods: A total of 120 patients with androgenic alopecia were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 60 cases in each group. Patients were treated with Zhituo liniment, plum-blossom needle and Bushen Yangxue capsule in the treatment group. Patients were treated with 5％Minoxidil Tincture, plum-blossom needle and Bushen Yangxue capsule in control group. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were recorded and the hair growth in the alopecia area was recorded at 1 st months and 3 rd months after treatment. Results: The total effective was 95.00％ in treatment group and 78.33％ in control group. The treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group (P ＜0.05). After the treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes were reduced in the two groups (P＜0.05), and the treatment group showed lower TCM syndrome score than the control group (P＜0.05). At the 1 st month after treatment, there was no significant difference in hair growth in hair area between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the treatment group showed more hair on the alopecia location than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). In the control group, one case showed mild redness in the treatment area in one case, and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion: The application of Zhituo liniment, plum-blossom needle and Bushen Yangxue capsule showed good efficacy on androgenic alopecia, and the safety of drugs is good.关键词
