Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of Baduanjin exercise combined with Five Elements music therapy on the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 60 patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given Baduanjin exercise combined with Five Elements music therapy on the basis of the control group. Negative emotions, cancer-related fatigue, sleep quality, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were observed before and after nursing in the two groups. Results: The scores of SAS and SDS were reduced in both two groups after nursing and the observation group showed lower SAS and SDS scores than control group (P＜0.05). The scores of behavioral fatigue, emotional fatigue, physical fatigue, and cognitive fatigue were decreased in the two groups after nursing and the observation group showed lower scores than control group (P＜0.05). The sleep quality scores were reduced in both two groups after nursing the observation group showed lower sleep quality scores than control group (P＜0.05). The scores of life quality of the two groups after nursing were better than those before nursing, and the observation group sho wed better scores of life quality than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Baduanjin exercise combined with Five Elements music therapy can not only alleviate the negative emotions of lung cancer patients after chemotherapy, reduce cancer-related fatigue, but also significantly improve the quality of sleep and life, and obtain satisfactory nursing effect.关键词
