Abstract

Traditional satellite manufacturing is based on single-machine direct integration, usually is suitable for single-satellite development tasks which has complex process and can't meet the bulk production requirements of micro-nano satellite on commercial market.This paper puts forward a design concept of exquisite micro-nano satellite based on the concept of "unit standardization, system modularization, second integration of whole satellite", which adopts design methods of"configuration streamlining, structure virtualization, function realized by software".This design concept realizes a micro-nano satellite design, which has high load, high precision, high speed and high power, to meet the competition requirements of micro-nano satellite market, and carries on the practice and verification through the"exquisite micro technology experiment satellite"project.Aiming at the problem that the traditional satellite evaluation system is simply based on satellite technical index and cannot be directly applied to commercial micro-nano satellite, this paper puts forward an evaluation system of micro-nano satellite cost effectiveness ratio for commercial market, which is more comprehensive to coordinate with micro-nano satellite products.It has been proved that this system can meet the needs of micro-nano satellite evaluation in market.The results provide a brand-new concept and method for the design, manufacture and evaluation of aerospace equipment in the field of micro-nano satellite in China.
