Originating and Redefining the Term"Right of Communication"
摘要
Abstract
The Chinese terminology of"communication empowerment"embodies a confusion in the interpretation. It can be specifically refered to as the"the right to communicate"or"the power of communication". According to the origination of its historical development,the essence of this notion was supposed to be the"right to communicate",a kind of basic human right concerning"speech freedom".Based on differentiating and distinguishing the concepts of the"right to communicate"and"communication power", this research redefines this important term with regard to the legal property of this concept,It also points out the practical direction of the right of communication.关键词
