氯化钙/硼砂改性真空闪蒸制冰实验研究
Experimental study on CaCl2 /borax modification of vacuum flash ice-making

Abstract
Calcium chloride (CaCl2) and borax were used as the additive and nucleating agent respectively in distilled water to study the influence of soluble salt CaCl2 /borax on vacuum flash ice-making under the adsorption condition. The experimental results show that the addition of CaCl2 can absorb the partial flash vapor during flash process and shorten liquid cooling time; with CaCl2 mass fraction increasing,both supercooling degree and ice packing factor (IPF) are gradually decrease,and flash rate shows a nonlinear change. It suggestes that the added mass fraction of CaCl2 is 1%. In this case,the supercooling degree,IPF and flash rate reached 2.08℃,24.10% and 17%,respectively. With the borax mass fraction increasing,CaCl2-borax composite solution shows a slight decrease trend in supercooling degree. With the initial temperature decreasing,supercooling degree gradually decreases,and IPF gradually increases. The lower initial temperature is more favorable for ice-making.关键词
