摘要

Abstract

Based on the brief introduction of electro-optic effect and thermo-optic effect,the research progress of optical waveguide phased array technology in the world has been reviewed,including the technical approach,structural characteristics and performance index of one-dimensional and two-dimensional optical waveguide phased array. The advantages of optical waveguide phased array and its application prospect in lidar and imaging have been given. The results have shown that the optical waveguide phased array technology is developing towards the direction of large scanning angle,high scanning accuracy,high response rate, low control voltage and high integration.
