摘要

Abstract

Since a 1000MW thermal power unit was put into operation, it was found that both the induced draft fan and booster fan were poor in economy and safety, The model selection of induced draft fan was relatively large, and the model selection of booster fan type selection of the booster fan was relatively small, and the risk of induced draft fan stall was high at the low load condition, the risk of booster fan stall was high at the high load condition. This paper analyzes the operation of fan system through the thermal test of fan system, and the optimal transformation scheme is proposed, the influence of the transformation on boiler explosion proof is also evaluated. The booster fans are cancelled through the transformation, the efficient adjustable blade axial fan is adopted to replace the inefficient static blade axial fan, at the same time, the gas flue system is optimized and transformed, which greatly improved the economy and safety of unit operation.
