中国对外直接投资逆向驱动创新效率提升的检验——基于知识产权保护约束的视角
Examination of Reversed Innovation Efficiency Promotion Driven by OFDI in China——Based on the Perspective of IPR Regulation

Abstract
This paper uses the method of threshold regression, examines the regional innovation efficiency promoted by OFDI with IPR regulation.The results indicate that OFDI promotes the national innovation efficiency obviously in China, and there is a significant triple-threshold effect during the procedure of IPR regulation, showing the nonlinear character of the "N" figure, and the innovation efficiency promoted by OFDI is optimal in the appropriate IPR level, while there is also the IPR level of inhibiting innovation efficiency.Further studies indicate that, with IPR regulation, the innovation efficiency promoted by OFDI reveals spatial heterogeneity in China, showing different threshold characters, namely marginal increasing in the east, the"N" figure in the middle, the inverted "U" figure in the west, the inverted "U" figure in non "the Belt and Road" regions, and the"N" figure in "the Belt and Road" regions.Finally, reference and inspiration for implementing dynamic and differential IPR strategies are provided to drive innovation efficiency promotion by OFDI in the new era.关键词
