创新驱动发展战略实施效果评估及政策优化研究——以天津市为例
Research on Evaluating the Effect of Innovation-driven Development Strategy and Policy Optimization——Taking Tianjin as an Example

Abstract
Implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development is inevitable for China to achieve sustainable development under the new normal of economic growth.By constructing the assessment index system, this paper selects related statistical data of Tianjin from 2010 to 2015 as a sample, and evaluates the effect of implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development by the gray relational analysis and the entropy method.The results show that overall, this strategy is implemented successfully, while despite the impact on innovation subjects, the impact of innovation-driven development on innovation input and regional benefits are significant, indicating the initiative of innovation subjects needs to be strengthened.Therefore, countermeasures from three perspectives are proposed, namely innovating subject cultivation and management, innovating resource investment and innovating environmental optimization.关键词
