运动疗法对血液透析患者发生低血压的影响
Effect of kinesitherapy on hypotension in hemodialysis patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of kinesitherapy on hypotension in hemodialysis. Methods A total of 90 patients with uremia who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our blood purification center from December 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomly divided into group A, B and C, with 30 cases in each group. In group A, routine treatment was used as a control group, in group B, 20-minute cycling before dialysis treatment was required, and in group C, 20-minute cycling after dialysis treatment was applied. The incidence rate of symptomatic hypotension during hemodialysis, requiring clinical management and termination of dialysis treatment ahead of time within 6 months of the three groups of patients were monitored. Results The incidence rate of symptomatic hypotension, the proportion of clinical management and termination of dialysis treatment ahead of time in group B and C were lower than those in group A, and these in group C were lower than those in group B, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Kinesitherapy has a good intervention effect on hypotension in hemodialysis, which can reduce the incidence rate of hypotension in dialysis and improve the quality of dialysis.关键词
