黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗急性期脑梗死偏身感觉障碍的临床效果
Clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance hospitalized in our department from January 2015 to June 2018 were selected and they were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine anti-platelet aggregation, lipid-lowering and stable plaque, brain protection and collateral circulation promotion, while the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction. After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of sensory impairment assessment and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The score of sensory impairment assessment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, which was higher than 66.7% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction treating acute cerebral infarction with partial sensory disturbance can improve the symptoms of patients and clinical effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
