Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with oral Yinjia Pills and antibiotics treating chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type. Methods From January 2016 to February 2018, 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of damp-heat stasis type treated in gynecological clinic of our hospital were selected. They were divided into the observation group and control group according to simple random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with oral Yinjia Pills and antibiotics, while the observation group was treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Visual analogue score (VAS), TCM symptom score, total effective rate and recurrence rate were observed after treatment in the two groups. Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 and 2 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups at 4 weeks of treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 6 months treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combined treatment of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampheat stagnation type is remarkable, which can quickly relieve pain and reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
