形成性评价在外科住院医师规范化培训骨科规培中的应用效果
Application effectof formative assessment on the orthopaedics training during standardized training of surgery

Abstract
Objective To discuss the applicationeffect of formative assessment in the orthopaedics training during surgery resident standardized training. Methods A total of 40 residents who attended the Department of Orthopaedics during surgery resident standardized training in Clinical College of Yangzhou University from 2016 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 in each group. The formative assessment was used in the experimental group and summative evaluation was used in the control group. During and after the orthopaedics training, training effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire survey. Results After the training, the students in the experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in the mid-term assessment and admission examination than thos before the training, and the examination scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, the formative assessment scores of the students in the experimental group were positively correlated with the mid-term assessment results and the entrance examination results (r=0.931, r=0.886; P<0.05). The clinical decision-making ability, self-learning ability, attitude and professional self-score and the total score were also higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Formative assessment used in orthopaedics training during surgery resident standardized training is beneficial to improve training effect and the quality of teaching.关键词
