Postoperative quality of life and analysis of influencing factors in patients with aortic dissection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the postoperative quality of life (QOF) and its influent factors in patients with aortic dissection. Methods A total of 186 postoperative patients with aortic dissection admitted to hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects. General information of patients was collected through case reviews and evaluated using SF-8 scale, and exercise of self-care agency scale (ESCA). Results Total score of QOF of postoperative patients with aortic dissection was (74.40±15.28) points. The variance analysis showed that the postoperative quality of life was related to gender, age, educationlevel, surgical procedure, postoperative time, postoperative neurological complications, postoperative stress ulcer, self-care ability, hospitalization time (P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a linear regression relationship between the quality of life and selfcare ability, length of stay and age (P<0.05). Conclusions It's needed to improve the QOF of the postoperative patients with aortic dissection. Reducing postoperative complications, shortening hospital stays, and improving patient self-care ability can help improve patients' QOF. After discharge, the medical staffs should give more attention and guidance for the patients in terms of physical, psychological and social adjustment, especially after half a year.关键词
